Perform a blend of clinical and administrative duties, including triaging patients, drawing blood, and assisting physicians with procedures. Ensure efficient clinic operations by managing patient flow, processing refill requests, and maintaining stocked exam rooms.
Requires at least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Candidates must have reliable transportation and experience with Electronic Medical Records, preferably eClinicalWorks.

Triage patients and draw blood (venipuncture). Ensure patients are in the exam room within 15 minutes of check-in. Scan patient documents into the system. Assist physicians with procedures and lab requests. Prepare patient charts 24 hours in advance. Answer patient messages and process refill requests promptly. Maintain organized and stocked medication, exam, and lab rooms. Perform routine lab tests and complete HEDIS measures. Coordinate patient flow and maintain records. Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant Bilingual (English/Spanish) Reliable Transportation Electronic medical records (EMR) experience (eClinicalWorks preferred) Assigned Clinic Locations: Lake Wales, Winter Haven, and Lakeland
