Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans in ICU and NICU settings. Monitor cardiac telemetry and communicate effectively with physicians to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Requires a valid state RN license and BLS certification, with additional ACLS or NRP certifications depending on the unit. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, specifically in critical care or NICU.
Monitors patient condition and reports changes to physicians Communicates diagnostic results, symptoms, and clinical findings Responds promptly and accurately to changes in patient status Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality Provides direct patient care to assigned patients
CVICU- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.Current and valid state RN License. 2.Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3.Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required. 4.Current ACLS certificate 30 days required. 5.Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required. NICU- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.Current and valid state RN License. 2.Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3.NRP (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 4.One year experience in an acute care setting with experience in nursery or NICU required.#LI-JO3 #LI-TA1 Pay Transparency Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $61.21to $77.53. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
