Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and assessments for adolescent patients in a partial hospitalization program. Responsibilities include implementing research-based protocols and coaching patients through daily meals and snacks.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD). Must be a Licensed Dietitian with a valid driver's license and proficiency in electronic medical records.

The Dietitian provides Medical Nutrition Therapy through screening, assessment and education with monitoring and follow-up of recommendations. Patients may be seen in an individual or group setting. Serves as a professional nutrition resource for PNHS serving its patients, employees, community and providers. This position is specifically an outpatient dietitian for Melrose Center. Your responsibilities will include: Performing nutrition assessments and follow up sessions with adult and adolescent patients. Creating and implementing nutritional recommendation to support the overall treatment plan for the pt. Supporting group programming including the partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient program, and binge eating disorder programming.

Works independently, as well as collaboratively, displaying effective communication skills. Supportive of team members Works in concert with team members and interdisciplinary staff Strong prioritization, multi-tasking skills and ability to handle large workload.
