The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services and develops initial and ongoing treatment plans for patients. They are also responsible for discharge planning, case management, and maintaining positive interactions with staff and patients.
The candidate must be able to adhere to state regulations concerning speech therapy services. They should be capable of providing quality patient care within the policies and procedures of the facility.
