Salary
$70 - $125 / HOUR
Provide home-based physical therapy to pediatric patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality due to illness or injury, working as part of a home health team to meet the patient’s plan of care goals. Responsibilities include observing movements, conducting assessments, documenting progress, modifying care plans, assisting with hands-on therapy, and educating patients and families on the care plan and exercises.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and hold an active PT license in Colorado, with a minimum of one year of physical therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare. Applicants must also pass a background check and drug test (THC testing is required), and possess knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
