The Registered Nurse manages patient care episodes in partnership with caregivers and providers to deliver safe, quality healthcare. Responsibilities include providing direct care and supervising nursing assistants and other unlicensed personnel.
Requires a nursing degree (BSN preferred) and a valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License. Candidates must have BLS provider status and at least one year of critical care experience in ED, ICU, or PCU/Step down units.

The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with people, care givers, groups and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.
0.9 FTE - Rotating Day/Night 12-hour shifts & every third weekend plus holiday package
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
