Applicants must hold a current state LPN license, a high school diploma or GED, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

How you'll contribute
You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. Every day, you will shape exceptional patient journeys and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to impact patient well-being directly.
This unit has 60 beds, with an average occupancy of 50 to 53 residents. We care for patients with diagnoses such as Dementia, Alzheimer's, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and those in need of short-term rehabilitation. Our primary focus is on geriatrics. Nurses will collaborate closely with the laboratory, rehabilitation, hospice, and psychiatric teams.
