Provide compassionate hands-on care and emotional support to hospice patients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities and monitor patient conditions while collaborating with the hospice care team.
Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and experience in hospice or home health care are preferred.

Position Overview As a CNA in our hospice program, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, dignity, and support during end-of-life care.
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing) Provide comfort care and emotional support to patients and families Monitor and report changes in patient condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Work closely with the hospice care team to ensure quality care
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills A true heart for serving others
