The Physical Therapist is responsible for the examination, evaluation, and treatment of patients with physical impairments to achieve optimal functional outcomes. This includes developing integrated treatment plans and providing necessary patient and family education.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy and a current Florida state license. BLS/HealthCare Provider certification is also required.
Education/Training Bachelor’s degree or higher from an approved program in physical therapy.
