Registered Nurse - OR

Join EANM as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN/OR) and be part of a surgical team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and a smooth patient experience. What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain efficient room turnover and ensure patient readiness for procedures
• Assist anesthesia providers during induction, monitoring for and responding to any patient emergencies
• Safely identify, label, and administer medications and solutions while documenting all care accurately
• Support orientation of new staff, maintain operating room readiness, and assist in leadership or charge nurse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Current New Mexico RN license required
• Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing
• Experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery setting preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of ophthalmic and plastic surgery procedures and aseptic technique
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills under pressure
• Commitment to completing required annual LMS training and adhering to safety protocols
