Provide mental health therapy and psychotherapeutic support to children, youth, and adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and document holistic individualized treatment plans.
Requires a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a valid professional license such as LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LLMSW. Candidates must be able to manage clinical documentation and adhere to DSM 5 guidelines.

The clinical therapist will provide mental health therapy services to youth/children and adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) within an integrated health clinic. This position requires supporting the case manager in the formulation of an individualized treatment plan which will be used in conjunction with the entire primary care team to develop a holistic care strategy for each client.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule contingent on meeting productivity and telehealth visit standards established by leadership and may be adjusted at any time based on the agency's needs. Employees may work remotely for a portion of their schedule; however, hybrid work does not permit full days working from home if clients are requesting in-person appointments in the office or community. Staff are expected to be flexible and prioritize client needs, ensuring timely and appropriate service delivery.
During the first 30 days of employment, staff are required to work in the office. This period may be extended based on performance.
