Requires an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and an active California medical license. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible with experience in Ob/Gyn preferred.

As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. You will work closely with our skilled team of healthcare professionals to manage patient cases, perform surgeries, and provide prenatal and postnatal care. This role is vital in ensuring continuity of care and supporting our commitment to women's health.
Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to patients Perform routine examinations and diagnostic tests Manage prenatal and postnatal care Conduct surgical procedures as necessary Consult with patients to determine appropriate treatment plans Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Stay updated with the latest developments in Ob/Gyn practices
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active medical license to practice in California Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Commitment to providing compassionate patient care Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 8a-8a
Setting: Inpatient
Delivery Volume: 23-30 per month
Duties: Deliveries, C-sections, and ED call coverage for OB/GYN-related issues
Support Staff: Anesthesiologists, General Surgeons, OB/GYNs, Family Medicine OB, Pediatrician, and Respiratory Therapists
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
