The Chaplain provides spiritual support and assessments to patients and families navigating end-of-life journeys. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community clergy to ensure holistic care and supervise spiritual care volunteers.
A Master's degree in divinity or an equivalent theological degree is required. Candidates must have experience working with dying individuals and possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families Collaborate with community clergy and spiritual counselors Maintain accurate spiritual care service records Attend team meetings and offer spiritual care expertise Recruit and supervise spiritual care volunteers Participate in quality improvement initiatives
