The COTA is responsible for establishing treatment plans based on physician orders and completing clinical progress notes. They also provide person-centered care and education to patients and their families to meet individual therapy goals.
Candidates must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Oregon with a degree from an accredited program. At least one year of experience as a COTA is required, with home health or skilled rehab experience strongly desired.

Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.
Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired. Organizational skills to facilitate program development
