Minimum Qualifications

Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired. Organizational skills to facilitate program development

Responsibilities

Establish treatment plan appropriate to physician orders Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals Join the AgeRight Care at Home team as a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant and take your career to new heights!
