The Occupational Therapist is responsible for establishing treatment plans based on physician orders and completing clinical progress notes. They also provide essential education to patients and their caregivers to help them achieve individual therapy goals.
Candidates must be licensed Occupational Therapists in Oregon with a degree from an accredited program, CPR certification, and an NPI. Experience in home health and strong organizational skills for program development are preferred.
