About the role

The provider will build and support a comprehensive atrial fibrillation program, focusing initially on left atrial appendage occlusion. Responsibilities include longitudinal patient management, clinical pathway development, and collaborating with the electrophysiology team.

A growing, innovative cardiovascular program is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to help build and support a comprehensive atrial fibrillation program.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative electrophysiology and cardiology team, providing longitudinal management for patients with atrial fibrillation through guideline-directed care, patient education, risk factor modification, and coordinated procedural planning.

The advanced practice provider will help support and shape clinical pathways designed to improve access, care coordination, and quality outcomes across the continuum of atrial fibrillation patient care.

In this role you will practice with a high level of autonomy while benefiting from strong physician collaboration and support.

This position will initially focus on left atrial appendage occlusion program, with future expansion into broader atrial fibrillation care.

Schedule Full-time | 1.0 FTE 80 hours biweekly Onsite: CentraCare Heart and Vascular Center, St.

Cloud Hospital Days (Day/Evening) | 10-hour shifts 7:00 – 5:00 or 7:30 - 5:30 Weekends: Not required Call: No overnight call Holidays: Not required Pay and Benefits

Salary Range

$121,345.54-$163,829.33 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required: Advanced Practice Provider Experience in Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology Required Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Preferred: Experience in Program Development Department Information CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center is supported by 27 Advanced Practice Providers and a highly specialized cardiology team, including interventional, non-invasive, and electrophysiology physicians, along with strong clinical and administrative support. The practice includes: Comprehensive advanced cardiac imaging, including Cardiac MRI and CT Access to Structural interventions including: TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) MitraClip Watchman TMVR (Transcatheter Mitral Valve Replacement) Complex coronary interventions High-risk Impella-supported PCI CTO program Collaborative specialty clinics and programs, including: Structural heart and valve clinics Lipid clinic Hypertension clinic Cardio-oncology clinic Additional multidisciplinary cardiovascular programs CentraCare Heart & Vascular Services https://www.centracare.com/services/heart-vascular/ Our Location CentraCare, a leading not-for-profit health system and one of the largest providers of rural care, serves patients across Central, West Central, and Southwestern Minnesota. Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology. Eligibility for Minnesota licensure is required, and experience in program development is preferred.
