The LPN provides compassionate care by assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and assisting with daily living activities. They collaborate with RNs to develop and implement care plans while documenting patient status and responses.
Applicants must hold a current state LPN license and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certifications are required within 90 days, and one year of experience is preferred.
