Job description

Benefits: \n\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Help clients with daily activities, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, serving meals, helping clients eat, turning clients and ambulating clients\n * Take vital signs\n * Examine clients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds\n * Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members\n * Provide and empty bedpans\n * Lift clients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc.\n * Clean and sanitize client areas, including changing bed sheets\n * Stay up-to-date on STNA training, policies and procedures\n\nRequirements:\n\n * High school diploma or GED\n * Completion of a state-approved STNA certification training course\n * Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification\n * Ability to think and work independently and with direction\n * Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment\n * Good communication skills and bedside manner with a compassionate personality\n * Up-to-date identification\n * Basic computer skills\n * Excellent personal hygiene\n\nWe are an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
