The LPN will coordinate total patient care in collaboration with RNs and physicians while maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities include recording patient conditions, preparing progress notes, and assisting with activities of daily living.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with a current state LPN license and CPR certification. At least one year of experience in a home care setting and a valid driver's license are required.
We are looking for a compassionate LPN to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a current state LPN license. In this role you will be providing medical support to our clients while ensuring a safe environment for them.
