The assistant is responsible for interviewing and preparing patients for stress tests, as well as managing patient data entry. Additional duties include restocking rooms, performing opening and closing tasks, and providing general office support.
Candidates must have completed a Medical Assistant Program and possess strong computer skills. The ability to function effectively in a fast-paced medical environment is required.
Interviews patients Preps patient for test Enters patient info into computer Unhooks patients after test Performs opening and closing duties Restocks rooms Assists receptionist in any down time Identifies staffing issues and reports directly to manager and/or supervisor Reports equipment issues to manager and/or supervisor Reviews and stays up to date on Position Reference material which outlines all responsibilities Assist with other office support duties as directed by manager and/or supervisor
Requirements: Completed a Medical Assistant Program Computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Monday – Friday (40hrs +/-)
