The Case Coordinator provides administrative support for medical readiness operations and assists Case Managers with documentation and scheduling. Key duties include tracking Soldier medical requirements, preparing reports, and supporting Medical Readiness Events.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and possess strong organizational skills.

Work Schedule Full-Time 40 Hours per Week Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time On-site support required Participation in SRP and Medical Readiness Events as assigned
Assist with case intake and processing. Maintain case files and supporting documentation. Track Soldier medical readiness requirements. Prepare reports and spreadsheets. Coordinate communications with Soldiers and military units. Schedule appointments and follow-up actions. Support Medical Readiness Events and SRPs. Upload and maintain records within Government systems.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
