The coordinator supports MEB and IDES processing by collecting, organizing, and maintaining case documentation. Key duties include tracking milestones, uploading records into MEB Prep systems, and coordinating with Soldiers and Case Managers.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for medical administrative experience. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in handling confidential records.
The MEB Case Coordinator supports Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) and Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) processing activities by collecting, organizing, and maintaining case documentation. Work Schedule Full-Time 40 Hours per Week Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time On-site support required Direct support to MEB and disability processing operations
Create and maintain MEB case files. Gather required medical documentation. Upload records into MEB Prep systems. Track MEB milestones and suspense dates. Coordinate with Soldiers, Case Managers, and MEB personnel. Prepare reports and case summaries. Ensure complete and accurate documentation for disability processing.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Medical administrative experience preferred. Experience handling confidential records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
