Provide professional, comprehensive, and evidence-based nursing care to patients and families in an acute care environment. Address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Montana Registered Nurse License, and BLS certification upon hire. Candidates must have at least 1 year of nursing experience and obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days.
What you will be doing: Provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. Deliver coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families. Address individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and apply appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. Practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the state of employment, the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the ANA scope and standards of practice. Perform key functions and specific skills as outlined in the unit-specific onboarding checklist and applicable specialty standards. Experience you will need: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire. Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire. Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire. Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire. 1 year of nursing experience.
