Provide direct clinical care and advocacy for medically fragile children and young adults in a skilled nursing setting. Manage the workflow of Certified Nursing Assistants and provide necessary training to family members and caregivers.
Must possess a valid RN license in Delaware or a compact state and have prior registered nursing experience. A special interest in pediatric long-term care and the ability to communicate effectively in English are required.

and Duties Directly cares for patients with needs requiring their clinical expertise and within scope and standard of care. Documents accurately and completely. Advocates for residents within and outside of Exceptional Care for Children. Provides required training to family members and/or caregivers on specific patient care goals. Manages workflow of Staff Certified Nursing Assistant who provide care to assigned patients. Acts as charge RN when indicated.
and Skills Education and experience sufficient to meet position requirements. Valid RN license in state of DE, compact state, or ability to obtain via reciprocity. Must have prior RN experience. Possess special interest in working with pediatric long term care residents and children with special needs. Ability to speak, read, and write English and to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, vendors and other staff members. The successful candidate may be eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
