The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for executing care plans and completing clinical progress notes. They also provide education to patients and their caregivers to help meet individual treatment goals.
Candidates must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and current or pending state licensure. CPR certification and a National Provider Identifier (NPI) are required upon hire.
