The ER RN provides direct patient care using the nursing process, including medication administration and clinical treatments. They are responsible for monitoring patient conditions, documenting care, and collaborating across disciplines to coordinate discharge and referrals.
Applicants must have an associate's degree in nursing and a current Tennessee or compact state RN license. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and HWC within specified timeframes after hire.
