Hocking Valley Community Hospital (HVCH) is currently seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our friendly, patient-centered clinical team for the following shift in the Laboratory: Laboratory Services- Part Time, Night shift/Variable, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Base pay rate starts at $16.92/hr+ based on experience Shift differential pay.

HVCH is a 25-bed critical access hospital (CAH) with a full-service Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Surgical Services, as well as many Outpatient Clinics and Services, as well as a Rural Health Clinic providing Family and Pediatric care services. In the fall of 2023, we partnered with the Logan-Hocking School District, Nationwide Children's Hospital, Hopewell Health and others to build and open the Chieftain School Based Health Clinic to provide greater care to the students in our community. We are affiliated with OSU Wexner Medical Center and part of the Ohio State Health Network. Our Desired Candidate Successful completion of a phlebotomy education program or equivalent clinical experience as medical assistant or related certification preferred. Certification/Registration by a nationally recognized accrediting agency preferred. Must have completed phlebotomy program with minimum of 50 successful collections. Must have 1 year of phlebotomy work experience. Effective oral and written communication skills.
