Responsibilities

Lead therapy sessions with clients through a secure virtual platform Complete clinical intakes and review presenting concerns Identify diagnoses, care needs, and treatment goals Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods Keep organized records of sessions, client progress, and treatment updates Help clients strengthen coping tools, problem-solving skills, and emotional regulation Follow privacy rules and clinical practice requirements Assess risk concerns and follow proper safety procedures Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Indiana Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable providing care through virtual platforms Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical documentation standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Consistent weekday schedule Administrative support If you meet the Indiana LCSW requirements and are interested in remote behavioral health work, send your resume to begin the hiring process.
