Provide emergency medical care across multiple locations in Western Minnesota, including Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville, and Sauk Centre. Manage a rotating schedule of 12- and 24-hour shifts to meet the emergency needs of rural communities.

Provide Emergency Medicine care through varying shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays in Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville, and Sauk Centre, MN.
This is a full-time employed position requiring roughly 10-12 shifts a month.

$300,000 - $325,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Required: Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License. FM and EM are both eligible. ED Shift required ACLS and a trauma certification such as CALS or ATLS unless otherwise specified.
