Full-Time Home Health LPN

We're building our Home Health LPN team and offering competitive per-visit pay and a sign on bonus! Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit Per Visit - $45 Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $30/hr $1.000 SIGN ON BONUS "Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards. Requirements

Must-Have: Active LPN license (Ohio) + current BLS certification Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Prior home health experience Familiarity with HCHB Experience with wound care, IV therapy, or other complex skilled nursing procedures
