Requirements

· A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college is required · Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working. · Minimum of one year’s healthcare experience · Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations · A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting · The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule · Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details · Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, 1 weekend per month, and 2 holidays per year Travel · Local travel to residential homes
