In-Home Caregiver

Home Careolina is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and assistance to our clients in the Lake Norman area. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require support with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed health routines
• Assist with mobility and transfers safely
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Report any changes in client’s condition or concerns to the appropriate personnel

Requirements

• Previous experience in care-giving or a related field preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to lift and support clients as required
