Provide direct and indirect care to patients in an ENT clinic, including rooming patients, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. Manage clinical workflows such as triage coverage, patient education, and instrument sterilization.
Requires a degree in Nursing (BSN, Associate's, or Diploma) and a current or compact RN license in North Carolina. BLS certification is mandatory for all candidates.

Duties: and Responsibilities:
Room Patients and intake to include medications, history and vital signs
Suture/Staple removal Medication Preparation and Administration Specimen collection Delegate tasks and supervise activities of other licensed and unlicensed care providers
Set-up and assist with various ENT related procedures High Level disinfection and instrument sterilization Team Inbasket message management
Calling patients with results Cardiac clearance for surgical procedures FMLA/Disability, Work excuse s Assisting with Provider InBasket management
Review future clinic schedules, communicate with patients for upcoming appointments and procedures, gathering necessary imaging Assist with Triage coverage when Triage RN – answering calls, inbasket messages, medication refills, prior authorizations Clean and stock rooms. Monitor for supply and medication expirations dates. Unbox ordered supplies and confirm inventory Preoperative / Postoperative Education: Provides educational materials, reviews pre-op instructions and ensures understanding of post-op care and recovery expectations Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein set by leadership team
Work requires graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
Registered nurses hired between July 1, 2014 and April 11, 2021 without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) are expected to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date but must complete the program within seven years of their start date. Registered nurses hired before July 1, 2014 are not required to enroll in a BSN program to remain in this job classification. Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. If candidate has another compact state RN license, NC state licensure must be obtained within 90 days of hire BLS required.
