Requirements summary
A Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences is required. Preference is given to candidates with a Kentucky state license and at least one year of inpatient behavioral health experience.

The Brook – Dupont, located in Louisville, KY, is an 88-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children and adults.
The Mobile Assessor is responsible for making certain all assessments are conducted professionally and all necessary patient information is obtained.
Upon completion of the assessment, the person discusses the assessment results and recommendations with the treating physician.
Mobile Assessor should have a working knowledge of DSM-V criteria for subsequent diagnosis and referral.
