Responsibilities

Provide OR coverage as CVOR tech, including scrubbing and circulating for ortho, neuro, robotic, vascular, general, urology, and gyne procedures.
Prepare and maintain sterile fields, assist with instrument handling, and set up robotic systems and CVOR equipment as needed.
Assist with patient positioning, instrumentation management, specimen handling, and ensuring supply availability and infection control.
Monitor intraoperative imaging and cardiovascular instrumentation, coordinating with surgical and anesthesia teams for smooth case flow.
Adhere to on-call requirements and 4/10 scheduling, with no block schedule guaranteed.

Requirements

Experience across ortho, neuro, robotic, vascular, general, urology, and gyne procedures in an OR CVOR environment.
Ability to work days in a hospital setting with on-call responsibilities as required.
Comfortable with a 4/10 schedule and variable case load.
Strong teamwork, communication, and adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols.
Must be able to operate in a fast-paced surgical environment and follow perioperative standards.
