Responsibilities

• Independently scrub during a range of procedures in the CVOR, including General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Ophthalmic, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy, Robotic, Obstetrics/Gynecology
• Assist with turnover cleaning and transport patients as needed
• Maintain sterile technique and support the surgical team during cases
• Collaborate with perioperative staff to promote patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Complete orientation on day shift (up to one week or per manager discretion) and adapt to department needs
• Support outpatient GI lab operations as required, operating in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Requirements

• Hawaii State license by start of assignment; travel candidates not in Hawaii must apply upon acceptance
• Minimum 2 years Scrubbing experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to scrub across multiple procedures listed above
• Willingness to fulfill a minimum of 39 shifts during the contract if RTO is requested
• Comfortable working in a busy OR with rotating 16-hour shifts
• Availability to arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health clearance
