Travel Radiology Tech CT Tech Job

• $2,388–$2,456 per week
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 8-hour shifts (5x8)
• Start date: 06/29/2026
• Location: Pontiac, MI, United States
• Weekend availability preferred to meet hours target; alternative schedules possible to achieve 80 hours

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures, selecting appropriate protocols and parameters for adult and pediatric patients; optimize technique to balance image quality and dose
• Position patients correctly and operate the CT scanner to acquire diagnostic-quality images
• Apply radiation protection principles and maintain ALARA standards to ensure patient and staff safety
• Collaborate with radiologists and other members of the care team; communicate findings and ensure timely reporting
• Document procedures accurately in the patient record and imaging management system; ensure proper labeling and storage of images
• Follow facility policies and professional/regulatory guidelines, including routine equipment checks and quality control tasks

Requirements

• ARRT certification in CT (CT) – REQUIRED
• CT experience: at least 2 years, plus X-ray experience – REQUIRED
• Toshiba CT system experience – REQUIRED
• BLS (AHA) certification – REQUIRED
• Ability to work nights; weekend availability preferred to help meet contract hours
