Starting Pay

• $17.13/hour to start
• $17.33/hour after completing training

• Two Part-time roles available
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Your role

• As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in a comfortable group home setting. Responsibilities include:
• Delivering compassionate, respectful care
• Assisting with meal prep, service, and dining
• Administering medications per guidelines
• Leading fun, interactive, and social activities

What you’ll need

• High School Diploma or GED (must be 18 or older)
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Ability to pass a background check
