Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative cardiovascular care support during CVOR procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.
• Prepare and position patients, assist the surgical team with instruments, and monitor intraoperative equipment and imaging as needed.
• Maintain a sterile field, assist with draping, instrument handling, and room turnover between cases.
• Document procedures and key patient data in the charting system and communicate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with surgeons, scrub techs, circulating nurses, and anesthesia to ensure efficient workflow and patient comfort.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a school-based clinical environment and adhere to facility policies.
• Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment in Washington state.
• Availability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with 6.5-hour daily shifts.
• Knowledge of sterile technique, infection control, and cardiovascular operative support.
• Relevant CVOR or operating room cardiovascular technologist experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety focus.
