The provider will perform evaluations and treatments for the Veteran community, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies and medications. Responsibilities also include managing end-of-life preferences, coordinating with sub-specialists, and performing minor procedures like abscess drainage.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and hold a current U.S. medical license. Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

What does a typical day look like for the c Care Provider? You will: Clinic Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm. Evaluation and treatment, including the ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies, including laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and electrocardiographic examinations, and the ordering of medications. Discussion of end-of-life preferences/advanced care planning Consultations with sub-specialists Discharge including ensuring appropriate follow-up is arranged. Abscess incision and drainage Fecal occult blood testing What qualifications do you look for?
