The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care, focusing on chemotherapy infusion and pain management. They are responsible for patient assessments, education, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment in accordance with oncology guidelines.
Candidates must have a current California RN license, CPR certification, and approximately three years of oncology nursing experience. A high school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing are required, while OCN certification is preferred.
