Caregivers / CNAs will assist residents with daily living activities and engage them in conversation and activities. They will also observe and report changes in health or behavior while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with CNA certification preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and caregiving experience are also beneficial.
