The caregiver/CNA will assist residents with daily living activities and engage them in activities and conversation. They will also observe and report changes in health or behavior while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and CNA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Caregiving experience is a plus, along with strong communication skills.
