The Medication Technician / Caregiver is responsible for preparing and administering medications according to physician orders and monitoring residents for medication effectiveness and side effects. They also provide hands-on care and assist with daily living activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a Medication Technician certification. Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare is also required.

$19.00/hour starting rate Holiday double-time pay 401(k) with employer match Dental and Vision Medical insurance and Company-paid life insurance (FT Eligible) Voluntary benefits (disability, accident, critical illness) (FT eligible) Paid vacation Available Shifts Day 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Every Other Weekend Only) Evening 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Night 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM All positions include every other weekend and holiday requirement unless otherwise noted Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects Document all medication administration in MAR accurately Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities
