Coordinate and provide professional nursing care tailored to the patient's age using the nursing process. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure customer needs are met.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, a current NC or Compact State RN license, and BCLS certification. Six months of cardiac monitoring experience is required, with ACLS and PALS certifications needed within three months of hire.
Accountable for the coordination and provision of professional nursing care appropriate to the age of the patient using the nursing process. Collaborates with other health care professionals and agencies to meet the needs of our customers.
BSN, specialty certification in area of practice.
Six months of cardiac monitoring. Departmental Competencies. Incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job and able to assume call responsibilities within six months of employment date.
Preferred: Previous experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care
