Deliver comprehensive care to behavioral health patients and families using the nursing process and interprofessional practice models. Responsibilities include triaging phone calls in EPIC, managing refill requests, and coordinating continuity of care with pharmacies and community colleagues.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and a valid New Hampshire or Compact State RN license. Psych experience is required, and BLS certification must be obtained during orientation.

Schedule is variable for RN coverage - no weekends or holidays. Thursdays are the required in-office day, and potentially coverage needs on Wednesdays depending on need. Hours are 8:30a-5:00p Delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families. Triaging patient phone calls and patient advice requests in EPIC with provider collaboration, refill requests, completing utox screens, vital gathering. Faxing lab results, working with pharmacies and community colleagues for continuity of care. Safety planning with patients.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
