Provide comprehensive outpatient treatment and direct services to individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior. Collaborate with program staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients within the community to prevent reoffending.
Requires a Master's Degree in counseling or social work and eligibility for licensure as LMSW, LPCA, or MFTA. Candidates must have at least 2 years of related experience in social work or behavioral health and a valid driver's license.
The Therapist will work in a collaborative fashion with other CTPSB Therapists to provide comprehensive outpatient treatment for individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior. The Therapist will provide direct services to individuals on their caseload. Working within Adult Services, the Therapist works with CTPSB program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients in the community.
Master’s Degree in counseling or social work field Must be eligible for licensure as LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or higher 2 years of related experience in the field of social work and/or behavioral health Valid driver’s license Regular and predictable attendance is required Orientation: If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
