  • Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g.
  • Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g.
  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
  • Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.

  • The Right Fit Our most successful clinicians possess: Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
  • Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
  • Collaboration Dedication – The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing” Growth Mindset + Agility – The understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians (social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists) must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.

Salary Range

$65,000 - $91,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities). Free to You Clinical Elevation – The road to independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) is simply part of your daily plan. You will receive no cost clinical supervision (for LAC, LMSW, LAMFT) built in your workday. Industry Leading Professional Development – With a first-of-the-sector integrated care training program, we are committed to developing you into a marketable clinician of the future. Combined with financial incentives, we intentionally align dollars to support the growth of our clinician, an investment unseen anywhere else in behavioral health. The investment doesn’t stop with learning as you will receive an automatic $5K salary increase after year one of participating in leadership program with an investment up to $10,000 following program completion after year two. Balanced + Accountable Culture – We deliver a culture where you will be able to provide excellent care for your patients while taking excellent care of yourself, all with a consistent 8-5 schedule. Patient impact is a priority while allowing our clinicians an opportunity to reset during the day and incorporate mindfulness into their ongoing routine without having to chart after hours.
