The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient functionality and activities of daily living to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. They provide therapeutic interventions and instruct patients and caregivers to improve overall wellbeing and safety in a home setting.
Candidates must have a valid state license and registration as an Occupational Therapist and have completed an accredited OT program. Ability to work with adults of all ages is required, and bilingual skills are considered a plus.
