Requires a Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent PA credentials with a current California license and DEA registration. Minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, with a preference for acute care or endocrinology backgrounds.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled mid-level provider to join our outpatient endocrinology team serving South Riverside County. In this role, you will take a lead role in the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders — including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal conditions, and other hormonal pathologies.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team environment, rounding with a degree of clinical autonomy while collaborating closely with physicians, dietitians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care. Candidates with prior acute or hospital-based experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications: Education & Certification
Master's degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification required Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) preferred Physician Assistant candidates with equivalent credentials will be considered Licensure
Current California NP or PA license Active DEA registration APRN certification (for NP candidates) Experience
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Prior exposure to endocrinology, diabetes management, or internal medicine strongly preferred At least 1 year of acute or hospital-based experience preferred Skills & Attributes
Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills for managing complex endocrine presentations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working autonomously within a collaborative team structure Genuine commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES/CDE) or endocrinology-focused training a plus, but not required
